- 86g Julie’s Choco More sandwich (2 packets)
- 100g cooking chocolate
- Confetti sprinkles
- 8 lollipop sticks
Carefully twist apart all of the Julie’s Choco More sandwich biscuits. Insert the lollipop sticks into each biscuit filling and place the biscuit shell back on with the lollipop stick inside. Set aside.
Using a double boiler, melt the cooking chocolate over low heat. Pour the melted chocolate to fill ¼ of the lollipop mould. Swirl the mould to remove air bubbles and gently press the sandwich biscuits prepared earlier onto the lollipop mould.
Pour the melted chocolate to fill and cover the biscuits on the lollipop mould.
Top it with some confetti sprinkles. Allow the chocolate to harden and refrigerate it before serving.
