HOW IT IS MADE

Julie’s Cocoro Vanilla Cupcake


Ingredients:

  • 125g Julie’s Cocoro Black Wafer Sticks Vanilla Flavoured Cream 
  • 50g butter 
  • 50g castor sugar 
  • 2 eggs (C Grade)
  • 25g sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Step 1:
In a food processor or by hand, crush the Julie’s Cocoro Black Wafer Sticks Vanilla Flavoured Cream into fine crumbs and set aside.  

Step 2:
Cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed for about 5 minutes or until smooth.

Step 3:
Gradually add eggs into the mixture and mix until combine.

Step 4:
Add in the Julie’s Cocoro Black Wafer Sticks Vanilla Flavoured Cream crumbs for another 1 minute (Do not over-mix).

Step 5:  
Add Condensed Milk into mixer and continue mixing until even.

Step 6:
Line the muffin trays with paper muffin liners and fill ¾ of it with batter mixture.

Step 7:
Steam the muffins for 1 hour
or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
