Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser
The Organiser of this Contest is Julie’s Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (Company No. 358443-H).

3. Contest Period
This Contest runs from promotion date stated – 27 October 2023 to 5 November 2023, before 12am. Entries received AFTER the stated promotion date and time will not be accepted by Organiser.
4. Eligibility
4.1 This contest is open to all citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above.
4.2 Submission is only applicable on Instagram.
5. Ineligibility
Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, related companies, and their immediate family members will not be eligible to participate in this Contest.
6. Contest Mechanics
6.1 Step 1 : Follow @juliesbiscuits on Instagram.
6.2 Step 2 : Get an empty tub of Love Letters Wafer Rolls.
6.3 Step 3 : Create your best DIY and tag us on IG Story (picture/video – in less than 15 seconds).
6.4 Step 4 : Make sure to set your account as public.
6.5 Each participant is allowed to submit more than one entry.
6.6 Participants are required to use “Love Letters Wafer Rolls” in tub packaging (705g) and are not limited to any flavours of which the options are Love Letters Vanilla, Love Letters Chocolate, Love Letters Lemon, and/or Love Letters Strawberry.
6.7 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Contestants from the Contest without prior notification or disclosure of information should the Contestants be suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the Contest terms and conditions and/or deemed inappropriate.
7. Submission Criteria
– In picture format portrays the result of the DIY creation and/or
– In video format (less than 15 seconds) portrays the DIY creation process.
– Only via Instagram Story is acceptable.
8.Winning Prizes
8.1 Five (5) lucky winners each will win:
– Exclusive invitation to join Julie’s x Beyond Bins: From Waste to Wow Workshop at Mereka (Biji-Biji) Publika on 10 November 2023 – 2 pax
– RM200.00 AEON Cash Voucher
– Two (2) tubs of Love Letters Wafer Rolls (Assorted Flavours).
– One (1) unit of Julie’s Keychain
– One (1) unit of Julie’s Corporate Box
8.2 The most creative entry that fulfills the contest mechanics and submission criteria will be selected as winners.
8.3 Each Contestant is eligible to win ONCE only.
8.4 Winner announcement will be disclosed on 7 November 2023.
8.5 Winners will be given two (2 days) to send in their personal details (Full name as per IC, Contact Number, Home Address and Email) via Instagram Direct Message (DM).
8.6 Winners that didn’t claim their prizes will be disposed at the Organiser’s sole discretion.
8.7 The Organiser, reserves the rights to change the prize details at any time. The Organiser retains the rights to substitute the prize with an alternative product(s) of equal or greater value.
8.8 The decision of the Organiser is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
8.9 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
9.Privacy Policy
By participating, the Contestants explicitly consents that the Organiser shall store the personal data of the Contestants for purposes including but not limited to communicate with the Contestant on the prizes, future events, product launches and information in respect of the Organiser and their associates and affiliates and the Organiser is permitted to disclose such personal data to the relevant authorities, agencies, regulators and to the associate companies and affiliates of the Organiser. The contestant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organiser at crm@julies.com.my and by doing so, the contestant is withdrawing his or her participation in this contest.
10. Additional Terms
10.1 By participating, the Contestant agrees to the Terms & Conditions herein.
10.2 The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
10.3 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Contestant from the Contest without prior notification or without providing any reasons should the Contestant be suspected of tampering with their entries or in breach of the terms and conditions herein and of their account with Instagram.
10.4 The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
