Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser
The Organiser of this Contest is Julie’s Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (Company No. 358443-H).
2. Name of Contest
Julie’s Exclusive Merchandise Box Giveaway
3. Contest Period
This Contest runs from promotion date stated – 21 June 2024 to 7 July 2024, before 12am. Entries are limited to the first 100 submission and first-come, first-served basis. Entries received AFTER the stated promotion date and time will not be accepted by Organiser.
4. Eligibility
4.1 This contest is open to all citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above.
5. Ineligibility
Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, related companies, and their immediate family members will not be eligible to participate in this Contest.
6. Contest Mechanics
6.1 Step 1: Follow @juliesbiscuits on Xiao Hong Shu.
6.2 Step 2: Purchase Julie’s Biscuits at any grocery or online store with a total of RM20 in a single receipt (the purchasing date must start from June 21 onwards).
6.3 Step 3: Fill out the required personal details and submit your purchase receipt.
6.4 Step 4: Submit your purchase receipt.
6.5 Each participant is allowed to submit more than one entry.
6.6 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Contestants from the Contest without prior notification or disclosure of information should the Contestants be suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the Contest terms and conditions and/or deemed inappropriate.
7. Submission Criteria

8. Merchandises
8.1 The first hundred (100) entries will qualify to receive the following:
– Julie’s X Yellobanana Tote Bag x 1pcs
– Julie’s Pin x 4pcs
– Julie’s Sticker x 1pcs
8.2 Selected winners will be announced on Julie’s Biscuits Xiao Hong Shu’s account and website at the end of the campaign period.
8.3 The Organiser, reserves the rights to change the prize details at any time. The Organiser retains the rights to substitute the prize with an alternative product(s) of equal or greater value.
8.4 The decision of the Organiser is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
8.5 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
9. Privacy Policy
By participating, the Contestants explicitly consents that the Organiser shall store the personal data of the Contestants for purposes including but not limited to communicate with the Contestant on the prizes, future events, product launches and information in respect of the Organiser and their associates and affiliates and the Organiser is permitted to disclose such personal data to the relevant authorities, agencies, regulators and to the associate companies and affiliates of the Organiser. The contestant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organiser at crm@julies.com.my and by doing so, the contestant is withdrawing his or her participation in this contest.
10. Additional Terms
10.1 By participating, the Contestant agrees to the Terms & Conditions herein.
10.2 The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
10.3 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Contestant from the Contest without prior notification or without providing any reasons should the Contestant be suspected of tampering with their entries or in breach of the terms and conditions herein and of their account with Instagram.
10.4 The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
