Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser
The Organiser of this Contest is Julie’s Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (Company No. 358443-H).
2. Name of Contest
Om Nom Nom Julie’s Charm Challenge
3. Contest Period
This Contest runs from promotion date stated – 27 February 2023 to 19 March 2023. Entries received AFTER the stated promotion date will not be accepted by Organiser.
4. Eligibility
This contest is open to all citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above.
5. Ineligibility
Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, related companies, and their immediate family members will not be eligible to participate in this Contest.
6. Contest Mechanics
6.1 How To Join
Step 1 : Follow @juliesbiscuits on Instagram.
Step 2 : Tap on the “Effects” tab.
Step 3 : Select “Om Nom Nom Julie’s Charm” contest and tap “Try It”.
Step 4 : Press the capture button and hold it to record.
Step 5: Move your mouth around to catch as many right icons as possible. A scoreboard will be presented on the screen to record your progress. Below are the mark allocation for each of the icon.
Step 6: The session ends once the time hits 20 seconds, and players will need to insert #JuliesCharm and tag @julies.biscuits, then upload to IG story.
6.2 Contestants can submit as many entries as they like, however only one (1) highest entry will be eligible for the prize during the Contest Period. Any subsequent declaration/notification will automatically be void.
6.3 In a situation if there are duplicate winners for the same score. Hence, winner will be selected based on the first come, first submitted basis.
6.4 Make sure to set your account as “public” before any submission.
6.5 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Contestants from the Contest without prior notification or disclosure of information should the Contestants be suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the Contest terms and conditions and/or deemed inappropriate.
7.Submission Criteria
Only via Instagram Story is acceptable.
8. Winning Prizes
- 8.1 Ten (10) winners with the highest scores will be chosen weekly during this Contest Period.
– First Week: 27 February – 5 March 2023
– Second Week: 6 – 12 March 2023
– Three Week: 13 – 19 March 2023
8.2 Winners will win the following prizes:
– Three (3) packet of Julie’s Charm Double Chocolate Sandwich (172g)
– Three (3) packet of Julie’s Charm Tiramisu Sandwich (172g)
– RM100 TNG eWallet reload PIN
8.3 Each Contestant is eligible to win once only.
8.4 Winner will be announced in a separate post on Instagram on 7, 14 and 21 March. Winners will then need to send in their personal details (Full name, IC number, contact number, email address and residence address) via Instagram DM within two (2) days. Failing which, the winning will be disqualified.
8.5 Winners that didn’t claim their prizes will be disposed at the Organiser’s sole discretion.
8.6 The Organiser, reserves the rights to change the prize details at any time. The Organiser retains the rights to substitute the prize with an alternative product(s) of equal or greater value.
8.7 The decision of the Organiser is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
8.8 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
9. Privacy Policy
By participating, the Contestants explicitly consents that the Organiser shall store the personal data of the Contestants for purposes including but not limited to communicate with the Contestant on the prizes, future events, product launches and information in respect of the Organiser and their associates and affiliates and the Organiser is permitted to disclose such personal data to the relevant authorities, agencies, regulators and to the associate companies and affiliates of the Organiser. The contestant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organiser at crm@julies.com.my and by doing so, the contestant is withdrawing his or her participation in this contest.
10. Additional Terms
10.1 By participating, the Contestant agrees to the Terms & Conditions herein.
10.2 The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
10.3 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Contestant from the Contest without prior notification or without providing any reasons should the Contestant be suspected of tampering with their entries or in breach of the terms and conditions herein and of their account with Instagram.
10.4 The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
