Contest Period
The Contest will commence on 12 September 2024 at 12:00pm (GMT+8) until 13 September 2024 at 11:59am (GMT+8). All entries must be received by the Organiser before 11:59am (GMT+8) on 13 September 2024. All entries received outside the Contest Period will automatically be disqualified.
Eligibility
This contest is open to all Malaysians with a valid MyKad who aged 18 years and above (“Contestant”) as of the start of the Contest Period. The Organiser reserves the right to request for evidence of identification documents. Employees of the Organiser or its parent, affiliated and/or subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and any of other companies associated with this Contest, as well as their immediate family members (children, parents, siblings and spouse) are not eligible to enter.
B. CONTEST MECHANICS
Contest Entry Method

2. Step 2: Like and share the post on your IG Story (make sure your account is public!)
3. Step 3: Tag 1 friend in the comments and tell us why you want to win tickets for Pokémon Run Malaysia 2024!
4. Each Contestant is allowed to submit ONE (1) entry only.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, update, change or terminate any Contestant(s) from the Contest without prior notification or disclosure of information should the Contestants be suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the Contest terms and conditions and/or deemed inappropriate.
Submission Criteria
Submission is only applicable on Instagram only.
Merchandises
FIFTY (50) lucky winners will receive the following:
– Pokémon Run Malaysia 2024 x TWO (2) tickets
1. Winners will be selected randomly and will be announced on 20 September 2024 via Instagram Story.
2. Each contestant is eligible to win once only.
3. Winners will be given two (2) days to submit their personal details (full name as per IC, contact number, home address and email) via Instagram Direct Message (DM) by 23 September 2024.
4. The Organiser, reserves the rights to change the prize details at any time. The Organiser retains the rights to substitute the prize with an alternative product(s) of equal or greater value.
5. The decision of the Organiser is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
6. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
C. PRIVACY POLICY
By participating, the Contestants explicitly consents that the Organiser shall store the personal data of the Contestants for purposes including but not limited to communicate with the Contestant on the prizes, future events, product launches and information in respect of the Organiser and their associates and affiliates and the Organiser is permitted to disclose such personal data to the relevant authorities, agencies, regulators and to the associate companies and affiliates of the Organiser. The contestant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organiser at crm@julies.com.my and by doing so, the contestant is withdrawing his or her participation in this contest.
D. ADDITIONAL TERMS
1. The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
2. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify any Contestant and/or revoke the Prize at any time, where:
a. The Contestant fails to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein;
b. The Contestant attempts to undermine the operation and administration of the Contest by fraud, cheat, or deception;
c. The Contestant fails to provide accurate, complete, valid, identifiable, and/or truthful information during participation, registration, and/or at any stage of this Contest.
3. The Contestant shall not engage in any conduct that directly or indirectly brings the Organiser or the persons managing the campaign in a state of disrepute.
4. The Contestant of ‘aliases’ shall be considered a form of deception and is prohibited.
5. In the event that the Contest is cancelled, postponed, and/or abandoned for any reason, the Organiser without being subject to any form of liability and at its sole and absolute discretion may or may not choose to substitute the Prize with other item(s) of an equal or similar value with or without conditions. In such an event, the Organiser shall not be liable and/or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any form of claim and/or liabilities howsoever arising whether direct, indirect, or otherwise.
6. In the event that this Contest cannot be administered and/or is abandoned or cancelled and/or discontinued due to any reason, the Organiser, without being subject to any form of liability and at its sole and absolute discretion, may decide to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign and/or invalidate any submissions for this campaign without assigning any reasons thereto and without notice to the Contestant.
7. By participating in this Contest, the Contestant hereby consent to the Organiser to use, publish, exhibit, and display the Contestant’s name, the last four digits of the MyKad Number, image, and comments in any nature or form for documentation, advertising and promotional purpose in any form of media and any reasonable manner it sees fit without additional compensation. The Contestant are not eligible to claim any proprietary right thereto.
8. The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest (including the selection of the Winner and the manner of administration of the Contest) shall be final, absolute, and binding on the Contestant. No correspondences, enquiries, appeals, challenges, or discussion with respect to any decision or determination made by the Organiser will be entertained.
9. The Organiser hereby disclaims and shall not be held liable for any claims and liability howsoever arising from personal injuries, medical conditions, and damage to property originating from the acceptance of the Prize and the Winner shall hold the Organiser harmless from any such claims.
10. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By joining, the Contestant, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, is deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by each Term and Condition. The Terms and Conditions stated here constitute a legal agreement between the Contestant and the Organiser.
