Cracker Layered Cheese Cake with Peach

  • 200g Julie’s Butter Crackers
  • 220g cream cheese
  • 100g condensed milk
  • 50ml fresh milk
  • 100g sliced peaches

Step 1:
In a mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese and condensed milk to obtain a smooth cream mixture. Set aside.

Step 2:
In a separate bowl, soak up the Julie’s Butter Crackers in fresh milk.

Step 3:
Prepare a square baking tray and line it with the soaked crackers to form the first layer.

Step 4:
With a small spatula or wide blade knife, completely cover the soaked crackers layer with a thin layer of cream mixture.

Step 5:
Cover with another layer of soaked crackers and repeat covering with the cream mixture until you reached 6-7 layers, leaving the last layer to be the cream mixture layer.

Step 6:
Top it up with sliced peaches on the last layer.

Step 7:
Refrigerate for 4-5 hours before serving.
