- 10 pieces of Julie’s Butter Crackers or Cheese Crackers
- 1 ½ cup chicken pepperoni/ chicken sausage (sliced)
- 1 Green capsicum (Chopped)
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Pre-heat the oven to 150oC for at least 10 minutes. Place the crackers on a flat baking tray and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each cracker biscuit.
Sprinkle the toppings, i.e. chicken pepperoni/sausage, chopped capsicum, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place the baking tray into the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Best served hot.
