Step 1:
Melt the white chocolate.

Add a few drops of yellow gel colouring to the melted white chocolate and mix until well combined.
Step 3:
Pour the white chocolate into the cheese-shaped mould, ensuring it covers the entire surface, and chill for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Crush the Le-mond Cheddar Cheese into fine biscuit crumbles and mix them into the ice cream.
Step 5:
Pour the ice cream mixture into the mould and chill for approximately 10 minutes.
Step 6:
Cover the base with white chocolate, chill for 3-4 hours, and serve!
