Ingredients:
Brownies
- Julie’s Choco More Sandwich 8 convi packs
 - Cake Flour 80g
 - Baking Powder 2 tbspoon
 - Milk 250ml
 
Topping
- Chocolate Chips 300g
 - Whipping Cream 100g
 - Sugar 80g
 
Directions:
Step 1:
Process Julie’s Choco More Sandwich in a food processor and blender until finely crushed.
Step 2:
Mix the cake flour, baking powder, and milk into the Choco More crumbs and mix well.
Step 3:
Pour into the baking tray. Heat the oven to 170ºC for 5 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 4:
While Choco More brownies are cooling, make a ganache topping by adding chocolate, sugar, and whipping cream to a bowl and melting it.
Step 5:
Pour chocolate sauce over the cooled brownies and spread to cover. Top with additional Choco More crumbs.
Step 6:
