2. Redemption Period
The redemption period is from 28 Dec 2020 – 8 Feb 2021. The Organiser reserves the right to suspend and/or postpone the Redemption Period and/or cancel/terminate the contest and/or change, amend, delete and/or add to the Redemption Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
This redemption is open to all Singapore residents aged 18 years and above as at the start of the Redemption Period. The Organiser reserves the right to request for evidence of identification documents.
4. Entry Method: Scan QR Code
a. Customers who purchase products of Julie’s Love Letters for a minimum of S$20 in a single receipt are entitled to participate in this redemption program. The purchase can be made at any outlet or online store. The receipts must include the receipt number and the name/logo of the outlet or online store at which the purchase is made. Only proof of purchase dated from 28 Dec 2020 – 8 Feb 2021 will qualify. Proof of purchase dated before or after the aforementioned dates will not be accepted.
b. Participants are required to scan the QR code found on Love Letters promotion wobbler or banner and fill in their details (full name, mobile number, Singapore mailing address, total purchase amount of Julie’s Love Letters series and receipt/invoice number) before uploading the proof of purchase/receipt to submit. The Organiser will not send any acknowledgment notification for any entries received. Premium will only be sent to a Singapore address.
5. Premiums
a. There are a total of eight hundred and eighty-eight (888) sensor lights to be redeemed while stocks last on a first-come-first-served basis. Participants can send in multiple entries within the redemption period, however each receipt is eligible for one (1) entry only.
b. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the premium items with another of similar value, at any time without prior notice. Premium is provided on an “as is” basis and is not exchangeable for credit, other items, or voucher in part or in full.
c. The premium will be posted to the correspondent address provided by Participants within 4 weeks of entry date. The Organiser is not liable if Participants gave incorrect or incomplete addresses; or do not accept or receive the premium. All premiums will be mailed to the letterbox by Singpost.
d. In the event of any manufacturing defect, the Participant must return the premium to the Organiser at their own expense. In the event of damage with the original packaging, the Participant is to inform the Organiser and a replacement will be sent within 2 weeks. Please email ilovejuliesloveletters@gmail.com.
6. Closing Date of Entry
All entries must be received by the Organiser by 23:59:59 on 8 Feb 2021. All entries received outside the Redemption Period will be automatically disqualified.
7. Additional Terms
a. All Participants must abide by the terms and conditions attached to the premiums.
b. By participating in the redemption, you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and the processing of your personal information in the Privacy Notice. The complete Terms and Conditions may be found at Julie’s Facebook page- Julie’s Biscuits.
c. In the event of any dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, revoke or cancel the terms of the redemption without prior notice.
d. The Organizer reserves the right to change the dates of premium redemption in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
