HOW IT IS MADE

Julie’s Le-mond Ice Cream


Ingredients:
– 400ml heavy whipping cream (In cold)
– 200ml sweetened condensed milk (In cold)
– Julie’s Le-mond Lemon sandwiches 10 Pcs
– 2 drops Vanilla Extract
– 50ml Lemon Juice

Directions:
Step 1:
Whip the cold cream with medium or high speed until soft peaks form.

Step 2:
Pour the cold condensed milk into the whipped cream.

Step 3:
Turn on the high speed and whisk until the mixture is thick and stiff peaks form.

Step 4:
Add lemon juice and mix well.

Step 5:
Add chopped Le-mond Lemon biscuits and mix well.

Step 6:
Freeze up to 3 hours.

Step 7:
Enjoy it!
