Deconstructed Straits Style Nasi Lemak with Coconut Waffles and Smoked Duck Breast

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Julie’s Coconut Waffles
  • 1 jar of Ready-to-Eat Sambal of your choice
  • 180g Smoked Duck Breast, grilled or air-fried and cut into large cubes
  • 1 cup Cooked Calrose Rice
  • 1 Kirby Japanese Cucumber, thickly sliced
  • 1 Quail Egg, fried sunny side up

For Garnishing:

  • Fresh Green Drill

Preparation:

  1. Arrange the platter by placing a small ball of rice, put a slide of Japanese cucumber, a cube of smoked duck on top of the rice. Crush the coconut waffles and sprinkle them around and place a teaspoon of sambal aside of the rice.. Place a fried quail egg on top of the smoked duck.
  2. Garnish with chopped fresh green drill to finish.
