Ingredients:
- 1 box of Julie’s Coconut Waffles
- 1 jar of Ready-to-Eat Sambal of your choice
- 180g Smoked Duck Breast, grilled or air-fried and cut into large cubes
- 1 cup Cooked Calrose Rice
- 1 Kirby Japanese Cucumber, thickly sliced
- 1 Quail Egg, fried sunny side up
For Garnishing:
- Fresh Green Drill
Preparation:
- Arrange the platter by placing a small ball of rice, put a slide of Japanese cucumber, a cube of smoked duck on top of the rice. Crush the coconut waffles and sprinkle them around and place a teaspoon of sambal aside of the rice.. Place a fried quail egg on top of the smoked duck.
- Garnish with chopped fresh green drill to finish.
