Butter Waffles with Smoked Salmon, Tomato & Ricotta

Ingredients:
• 1 box of Julie’s Butter Waffles
• 1 cup Ricotta
• 1 Kirby Cucumber or Japanese Cucumber, thickly sliced
• 8 to 10 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
• 100g Smoked Salmon, cut into large bite-sized pieces

For Garnishing:
• Fresh Green Drill
• Balsamic Vinegar
• Freshly Ground Black Pepper
• Sea Salt Flakes (optional)

Preparation:
1. Generously spread the ricotta over the Butter Waffles. Top with slices of cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and smoked salmon.
2. Lightly drizzle with balsamic vinegar, then season with freshly ground black pepper and sea salt flakes, if using.
3. Garnish with chopped fresh green drill, and serve immediately.
