Crispy Abalone Mushroom Crackers


  • 2 cups of Julie’s Cheese Crackers crumbs
  • A cup of all purpose flour
  • A cup of rice flour
  • A teaspoon of baking powder
  • A teasppon of salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • Cooking oil (Deep frying)

Step 1:
Separate egg yolks from white. Use only the egg whites.

Step 2:
Crush the Julie’s Cheese Crackers into fine crumbs.

Step 3:
Combine all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, biscuit crumbs) together in a mixing bowl.

Step 4:
Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan.

Step 5:
Coat the mushrooms in the dry ingredients mixture and dip them into the egg whites.

Step 6:
Repeat Step 5.

Step 7:
Deep fry the coated mushrooms on high heat until golden brown.
